Booking Terms and Conditions:

- To book this tour, we are require a non-refundable deposit of $50 USD per person to secure your booking. This deposit covers your Rinjani National Park entry permit, pre-trek accommodation, and secures your trek package.

- The remaining balance is due upon arrival and can be paid via credit card, debit card, TransferWise, or cash (Indonesian Rupiah) using the current exchange rate.

Cancellation Policy: While cancellations are possible before arrival day, the initial $50 USD deposit is non-refundable.

Service Guarantee: We strive to provide excellent service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service (team, food, camping equipment, drivers, etc.), please inform us immediately. We will do our best to address your concerns. We offer a partial refund (between 10% and 50%) depending on the severity of the issue and at our discretion.
